Copy Editing

A project in collaboration with Gucci and Dashwood Books, I was the copy editor on all four books (Paige Powell, Beulah Land, Animals, Artists Eating) working under editor Kim Hastreiter covering the photography archive of Paige Powell, a former publisher of Interview magazine, and friend to Andy Warhol, Basquiat, Keith Haring, and many more luminaries in the New York art world and Factory scene.

A major retrospective in collaboration with NASA, I worked as the lead copy editor and fact checker for Taschen's book, The NASA Archives: 60 Years in Space. I reviewed original flight transcripts and official historical documents to help edit an authoritative history of the NASA space program from its origins in the development of experimental aircraft to the future Mars missions with its Orion spacecraft.

From its origins with Andy Warhol as the crystal ball of pop, Interview magazine has featured some of the premiere talents in entertainment, fashion, and culture. I worked with press representatives to fact check interviews with Dior's Maria Grazia Chiuri, Benedict Cumberbatch, Greta Gerwig, and many more for Interview's print edition.

I copy edited and fact checked the 2018 spring internal trends report for Target Corporation. This report covered the latest trends in food, fashion, travel, and more. The report was carefully researched and edited for grammatical, typographic and formatting errors.

I worked in-house for one of the leading art publications, fact checking, and proofreading stories for their print edition.
